7 A.M.

First Korean United Methodist Church

655 E. Hintz Road

Wheeling, IL

The prayer service will be immediately followed by a news conference at 7:30 A.M., also at the church.

“We support the initiative and goal of Korea reunification,” Rev. Jackson says. “In many ways, the summit has already been a success. Talk, talk, talk is better than fight, fight, fight and threatening each other with ‘fire and fury.’ It’s better for our two nations. It’s better for the world. We pray that during the summit North Korea and the United States gain a better understanding of one another and continue on the road of peace.”
