At the American Academy of Religion (AAR) there are many groups which address various different theological and religious topics.  Korean American Theology group started in 2004 by Drs. Andrew Sung Park & Sang Hyun Lee.  I have been part of this group since 2005.  The main objective of this group is to network and to review new published books on Korean American Theology written by Korean North American Theologians.

Some of the books reviewed since its conception are The Grace of Sophia: Korean North American Women’s Christology by Grace Ji-Sun Kim, The Heart of the Cross by Anne Joh, Korean Women and God by Hee An Choi.

Last year the group reviewed my second book, The Holy Spirit, Chi and the Other:  A Model of Global and Intercultural Pneumatology (Palgrave Macmillan).  It was reviewed by Drs. Anselm Min & Jane Iwamura.

This year we are reviewing Many Colors by Soon-Chan Rah.
